The Eastern United States Pipe Band Association has selected our Games as permanent host for the Southern Branch Championships for Pipe Band Grades Three, Four and Five.

Championship competition ratchets up the level of playing and excitement. We’re expecting 20+ bands from across a multi-state region, and the aggregate number of pipers for the Massed Bands performance at the Opening and Closing Ceremonies will approach 300.

The tired old simile of “cats yowling” will be forever dispelled in your mind. When you listen to these bands, the finest in the South, duking it out for the coveted Championship titles, your ears will be grinning and your eyes will be feasting with the music and colors before you. We predict you will become an aficionado of pipe music, and enthrall your friends and family year-round with the piping CDs you purchase at the Games.
