Second Annual Border Collie Invitational Trials We are pleased to announce the Second Border Collie Invitational Trials to be held at the Greenville Scottish Games. These participants are all American Border Collie Association registered dogs and will be among the finest teams in the East. It will be a rare treat to watch handlers and their teams of this caliber compete; the level of performance will be extraordinary. Giving some credit to the other end of the equation, the sheep being run are Katahnin and Darper Mixed, which actually are wool-free (woolless?). They are used for breeding stock and training the dogs. The Trials will begin at 7:00 AM, with the first session lasting until 12:00. The afternoon session will run from 1:00 until 5:00. Bill Coburn, owner of Windy Knoll Farms, is the Event Organizer. | Morning trial 1. Christine Henry 2. Tony Stewart 3. Dawn Boyce 4. Tom Forrester 5. Bill Coburn 6. Ken Arrendale 7. Bobby Ford 8.
